Vene Haridus-Ja - Heategevusühingute Liit Eestis / The Union of Russian Educational and Charitable Associations in Estonia (formerly the Association of Slavic Educational and Charitable Associations in Estonia) is an umbrella organisation uniting Estonian Russian organisations. The head office of the association is located in Tallinn at Mere puistee 5. The union is a member of FUEN since 2001.

The population of Russians in Estonia is estimated at 320,000. Most Russians live in Estonia's capital city Tallinn and the major northeastern cities of Narva and Kohtla-Järve.
