
Regional minority think tank meeting in Flensburg
08.05.2015Today, Friday 8 May, the Federal Union of European Nationalities, Sydslesvigsk Forening and Bund Deutscher Nordschleswiger had a kick-off meeting to establish a regional minority think tank in the Office of the House of Minorities in Flensburg. Representatives of the minorities, politicians, people from the education field and other multipliers from the region talked this morning about the subjects related to the project and about chances to strengthen the profile of the region,
Schleswig-Holstein’s Minority Commissioner Renate Schnack moderated the event. Among the guests was the chair of the German-Danish committee at the Region of South Denmark Philip Tietje and the President of the city council of Flensburg Swetlana Krätzschmar.
