06.12.2018From 10-12 December 2018 the third seminar "Minorities in the Caucasus - Dialogue for a Stable Future" will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia. The seminar will also include a thematic excursion to a minority region in Georgia. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the multinational culture of minorities in the Caucasus and learn about the customs and traditions, architecture and cuisine of the local population. Here they will also be introduced to the areas where action is needed and mutual help can be applied.
The first seminar "Minorities in the Caucasus - Dialogue for a Stable Future" was initiated by FUEN in 2016 and took place in Flensburg, Germany. The second seminar followed in 2017, also in Flensburg. The aim of the seminar is to offer the representatives of the minorities from the Caucasus a space for discussion and exchange of ideas in order to jointly find solutions for existing problems.
