It represents the interests of European minorities at regional, national and especially European level and is committed to preserving and promoting the identities, languages, cultures, rights and uniqueness of European minorities. FUEN was founded in Paris in 1949 and today has three offices: in Flensburg, Berlin and Brussels.
To support our team, we have a vacancy for an experienced part-time office manager to start on 1 January 2025 in Flensburg, Germany.
Your tasks:
- planning, implementation and control of the administrative processes of the office
- General secretarial work as well as telephone reception, calendar management and organisation of video and telephone conferences
- Administrative support for FUEN projects, planning, booking and invoicing of trips including correspondence, appointment preparation, travel planning and filing
- Supporting the accounting department in the processing, control and monitoring of accounting transactions
Your profile:
- Relevant completed training with at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably as an office management assistant or comparable qualifications
- Business fluent in German and English, knowledge of Danish desirable
- Confident handling of the Office suite, especially user knowledge of Excel
- Independent work and self-confident appearance, organisational skills and assertiveness, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility and empathy

The position is initially limited until 31 December 2025, with the option of extension.
