| 3. Financing. |
| a) For participants from non EU Eastern European countries, all costs of accomodation and travel will be paid. b) Participants from countries which joined the EU in 2004 will receive 50% of expenses. Should they arrive by private car allowance of only 130,00 € will be paid. c) Participants from EU countries are requested that their individual organizations cover the expenses. |
